Vincennes: a man enters a synagogue dressed in jihadist – TF1

A police source said Friday that a 40 year old man had entered Thursday in a synagogue in Vincennes ( Val-de-Marne ) disguised as a jihadist in occasion of the Jewish holiday of Purim. “He was wearing a djellaba, with a fake Kalashnikovs and shouting Allah Akbar + +”, detailed the source, confirming a report in Le Parisien.

the events occurred Thursday around 9:00 p.m. at the Chabad Lubavitch synagogue in Vincennes, on the occasion of the Jewish holiday of Purim, a joyous event where believers are accustomed to disguise.

“It was quickly settled because it is someone that the faithful know well,” said the police source, adding that the military, which are at least two to keep the synagogue were , themselves, were surprised. “It’s just stupidity,” added the same source, adding that the man had to be summoned to the police Friday.
